Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

These standards apply to Maru (com.lynskey.koreapost), published on Google Play and the App Store by Half Full Studios.

Maru is committed to the safety and protection of children. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material, grooming, and any content or behavior that endangers minors.

Our Commitment
#

  • We do not tolerate any content that sexually exploits or endangers children
  • We prohibit the use of our platform to facilitate any form of child exploitation
  • We take immediate action on any reported or detected violations
  • We cooperate fully with law enforcement and relevant authorities

Prevention Measures
#

  • Content Moderation: All user-generated content (listings, messages, community posts) is subject to review and moderation
  • Reporting Tools: Users can report any concerning content or behavior directly within the app using the “Report” function
  • Account Enforcement: Accounts found to be in violation are immediately suspended and permanently banned
  • Age Requirements: Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Maru

Reporting
#

If you encounter any content or behaviour on Maru that you believe exploits or endangers a child, please report it immediately:

  • In-App: Use the “Report” button on any listing, post, or user profile
  • Email: [email protected]
  • NCMEC CyberTipline: report.cybertip.org (for reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children)

All reports are treated with the highest priority and confidentiality.

Enforcement
#

Violations of this policy result in:

  1. Immediate removal of the offending content
  2. Permanent suspension of the violating account
  3. Reporting to law enforcement and relevant child protection authorities, including NCMEC
  4. Preservation of evidence for use by law enforcement as required by applicable law

Half Full Studios maintains a dedicated point of contact for child safety matters concerning Maru:

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where Maru is available, including reporting apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required.
